Supervision at Redefine & Realign Therapy

Clinical supervision is designed to support professional growth, ethical practice, and clinical competence. Services are available for counseling students completing practicum or internship requirements, as well as Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselors (PLPCs) pursuing independent licensure in Missouri.

Supervision emphasizes case conceptualization, diagnostic accuracy, treatment planning, documentation compliance, and professional identity development within a structured and accountable framework.

Supervision Pathways

  • Students completing field placement within the practice receive a non-employed, educational experience aligned with university and state requirements. Supervision occurs weekly in accordance with academic standards.

Placement opportunities are offered on a limited basis and are dependent upon supervisor capacity, academic requirements, and client caseload availability.

  • PLPCs may be offered opportunities to practice within the site under a fee-split model. Weekly supervision is provided to ensure compliance with Missouri licensure regulations and support ongoing clinical development.

Opportunities for PLPC placement are offered on a limited basis and are contingent upon supervisory capacity and client referral volume.

  • Supervision is available as a contract service for students or PLPCs who are employed at another practice and require board-approved supervision.

Supervision Structure & Expectations

Supervision is conducted weekly for students and PLPCs to maintain compliance with Missouri state regulations and academic standards. Sessions are held via secure telehealth and include structured case review, documentation oversight, ethical consultation, and professional development discussion.

Supervisees are expected to maintain appropriate documentation, adhere to regulatory requirements, and engage actively in reflective clinical discussion.

Supervision Fees

  • Supervision for students completing practicum or internship within the practice is provided as part of a non-employed, educational training experience and is offered at no cost.

  • For PLPCs practicing within the site, weekly supervision is included as part of the contracted clinical arrangement. Compensation structure and supervision expectations are outlined within the independent contractor agreement.

  • Supervision for students or PLPCs employed at another practice is offered at $150 per hour.

This rate reflects structured oversight, documentation review, and regulatory accountability.

Fees are reviewed periodically and may be adjusted to reflect professional training and service expansion.
