We are in-network with several major commercial insurance plans for online therapy in Missouri, including:

If your insurance provider is not listed, you are welcome to contact us to verify eligibility and benefits prior to scheduling.
For clients using commercial insurance, you will be invited to create a secure account with our billing partner to verify benefits and manage copay or coinsurance payments before your first session.
Insurance coverage varies by plan. Deductibles, copays, and coinsurance amounts are determined by your individual policy.
Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet)
Redefine & Realign Therapy participates with Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet) for eligible telehealth services. Clients must meet eligibility requirements and be physically located in Missouri at the time of each appointment.

Private Pay Options
Private pay may be appropriate for clients who prefer not to use insurance benefits or who have out-of-network coverage. Private pay therapy sessions are currently $125 per 50-minute session. Payment is due at the time of service and may be completed via:

Out-of-Network Benefits
Some insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. Upon request, we can provide documentation for you to submit directly to your insurance provider.
We recommend confirming out-of-network mental health benefits with your insurance carrier prior to scheduling.
Telehealth & Missouri Location Requirement
All therapy services are provided through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. In accordance with Missouri licensure regulations, clients must be physically located in Missouri at the time of each session.
Understanding Insurance Coverage
While we assist with benefit verification, clients are ultimately responsible for understanding their insurance coverage, deductibles, and cost-sharing requirements. Final coverage determinations are made by your insurance provider.
